Situation:
Project Overview for USAFast (www.usafast.net)
(SADLY THIS COMPANY HAS CLOSED OR UNDER NEW RENOVATION DUE TO LEGAL SINCE 2025)
Background: USAFast, is a growing courier service in Costa Rica, specializes in offering competitively priced import solutions for online shopping products from the USA and China. Initially, the brand relied on self-created designs and lacked a cohesive marketing strategy.
The company faced trust issues from customers and lacked a cohesive online presence, leading to stagnating sales.
Task:
Initial task: The company approached me to take over their marketing strategy.
Objective Taken: To elevate the brand's market presence and streamline customer interactions, a comprehensive rebranding initiative was launched, beginning with the development of a Brand Book and a strategic marketing plan.
My role was to develop a marketing strategy, produce ads, and create content that would not only address their trust issues but also significantly boost sales and brand visibility. The goal was to create a sustainable and impactful campaign.
Action:
Exceeded their expectations by expanding the project scope beyond their initial request:
Developed a comprehensive Brand to align their messaging, visuals, and tone across platforms.
Redesigned their website for transparency and usability, addressing customer pain points.
Creative Content:
Collaborated with the team to identify and produce visually appealing, high-converting ad creatives tailored for their market.
Deployed Meta Ads campaigns and identified the most effective strategies using A/B testing. Three of the video ads outperformed others by 50 times in performance.
I utilized data-driven strategies to track performance in real-time, adjust campaigns quickly, and provide the company with insights for ongoing growth.












Results:
Achieved a 30% increase in sales within six months, far surpassing their expectations of modest growth.
Created a sustainable marketing pipeline with consistent month-on-month growth. (Email-WhatsApp-Meta)
Earned praise for delivering not just a campaign but a complete rebrand that reshaped customer trust and engagement with USAFast.
Why It Exceeded Expectations:
USAFast initially sought basic assistance, but I delivered a comprehensive transformation that positioned them as one of the go to couriers in Costa Rica, addressing challenges they hadn’t identified and providing long-term value.
